Delivery Information

Delivery to the UK is £3.00 apart from cards which are 70 pence. Delivery worldwide is flat rate £10.00. 

I usually post out on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday, any orders placed after midday will not be processed until the following day. I will always alert you when I have despatched your item/s. 

Please check that your account and Paypal addresses match. I will only send to the address registered on the order transaction so it is your responsibility to keep this updated. 

Unless a custom order your papercut should arrive within 7 working days.

I send different methods dependant on your item;

Prints and Greetings Cards go first class (3 days)

Anything over £20 automatically goes first class signed for. (3 days)

If you choose express delivery, the price is for the time to process speedily and for the postage which will be special delivery. Express Delivery is not for custom orders. 

All international orders are sent airmail and cannot be upgraded.

UK SHIPPING: DELIVERY

Please keep an eye out for your Postman or a "Something For You" card in case they attempt delivery while you're out. In this instance you can collect your order from your local Delivery Office or alternatively visit the Royal Mail website to arrange re-delivery at a convenient time.

Please make sure that your Shipping Address details are accurate at time of order. Postage paid on any orders which are returned to us due to errors in your Shipping Address will be invoiced to you (via Paypal) before the order can be re-shipped.

If you have not received your item within five days please do contact me.

AIRMAIL SHIPPING

Depending on where you are in the world Shipping from the UK can take between 7 - 10 working days from the date of dispatch. If you have not received your item within fifteen days please contact me. For non delivery please contact me within 30 days so I can contact the relevant parties. 

Customers are responsible for any customs charges,taxes or duty which apply to their own country if applicable. I cannot be held responsible for any customs delays either. By purchasing from me, you agree to this policy.

DELAYED POST

While postal delays are rare- please take into account that mail can sometimes take a bit longer than expected at busy times of the year such as Christmas. Please make sure you order in plenty of time- however if you require a quicker posting service please do contact me and I will see what I can do. 

You can check if you have any undelivered mail waiting for you at your local Royal Mail Delivery Office by giving them a call.
