Papercutting Workshops-Seeded in Portsmouth
If you fancy learning to paper cut why not come along to one of my paper cutting workshops at Seeded in Portsmouth, all of which have been newly revamped for 2019!
The session begins with an introduction to the mindful art of paper cutting as I teach you to paper cut the different techniques on a beginners sheet. After a tea and cake break, you will spend the rest of the session cutting a template of your choice, which I send to you to select upon email confirmation. You don't need to have any drawing skills to attend this workshop, so you can just relax into learning a new craft.
All equipment and refreshments are provided for the duration of the session so you don't need to bring anything but yourself -and a pair of glasses if you need them!
Should you wish to buy a kit to take home with you for an additional £12, just select 'Workshop and Kit' at the checkout. Each kit will contain a cutting mat, scalpel, five blades, full beginners instructions, three projects and backing papers. I will also have these available to purchase at the workshop afterwards should paper cutting be the craft for you!
I am hopeful that this introduction will then give you the confidence to go home with your basic materials and to keep having a go, but to carry on the momentum you will also be granted access to the exclusive 'Papercutters of Seeded' FB group which shares tips and inspiration from 100 + other people who have attended the course.
