Papercutting Workshops-Wattle and Daub in Godalming
Come along to one of my paper cutting workshops at Wattle and Daub in Godalming and learn the lovely art of paper cut art!
The session begins with an introduction to the mindful art of paper cutting as I teach you to paper cut the different techniques on a beginners sheet so that you feel comfortable with a scalpel.
After a tea and cake break you will spend the rest of the session cutting a template of your choice. You can pick your template by scrolling through the images and choosing a letter between A to L which you can specify underneath your contact information. You don't need to have any drawing skills to attend this workshop, so you can just relax into learning a new craft.
All equipment and some refreshments will be provided for the duration of the session so you don't need to bring anything but yourself -and a pair of glasses if you need them!
I am hopeful that this introduction will then give you the confidence to go home with your basic materials and to keep having a go, but to carry on the momentum you will also be granted access to the exclusive 'Beginners Papercutters' FB group which shares tips and inspiration from 200 + other people who have attended one of my courses in Portsmouth, Bath or Godalming.
